Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with UNIFY VPN. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a PREMIUM subscription.

Try before you pay

Every new account gets 30 days of PREMIUM free, with no card required. We strongly recommend using the free period to confirm the service works on your network before you pay, because UNIFY VPN is a digital service that is delivered and consumed immediately.

When you can get a refund

If the service does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of payment and before disputing the charge — we will troubleshoot and, if we cannot make it work, refund the unused portion of your subscription to the original payment method.

A subscription that has been actively used for the full paid period is considered delivered and consumed, and is not refundable.

Cryptocurrency payments

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain; we cannot reverse them. Where a refund is due for a crypto payment, we issue it as additional PREMIUM time or, at your request, to a wallet address you provide.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or message our Telegram bot @unifyvpn_bot with your account email and the approximate date of payment. We respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds back to the original method within 7 business days.
